Is it possible to order after our school fundraiser has ended?

Yes. Simply go online to www.MrFundraising.com/TEF and click on Online Ordering.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

Please call us at 636-532-1902 or 800-637-3828. Please have the name of the school, student, and teacher. Or you can email [email protected]. We will contact you back the next business day to solve your issue. Or click here to fill out an online form, we will contact you back and let you know when your problem will be corrected.

How will I receive the magazines I ordered as part of a fundraiser?

If placing an order online, you select the magazine and the shipping address while ordering. If you’re ordering from the brochure and writing your order on the order form, you will receive a voucher that gets filled out and mailed to the Magazines Center or go to the website on the voucher www.magselect.com and use your voucher code to place the order.

What is your return policy?

If not satisfied within 30 days of delivery of product, you may return any item for a full refund. Refunds will be paid via mail within 14 days of confirmation that merchandise has been returned to the Organization. No refunds will be given after 30 days beyond delivery of product to the Organization. Items purchased online need to be returned to Tom Evans Fundraising to receive a refund.

I missed my turn-in date, can I still turn in my order?

Yes, please contact the school and let them know that you have an order to turn in.

How long can the cookie dough be left unrefrigerated?

According to the Cookie Dough Manufacturer, Cookie Dough keeps refrigerated for 6 months, frozen for 1 year, & room temperature (66°F – 77°F) for 21 days. Cookie Dough may be thawed & refrozen.

How can I get another order form?

If you need another order form you can either print one off from our website www.mrfundraising.com/of or pick one up from the school office or ask your group sponsor for another. 

Online Ordering

What is the SELLER ID?

The SELLER ID is a unique number given to each student after they register online. You will need the Seller ID to shop online. Contact the student/seller if you do not have the seller ID.

What is the GROUP ID?

The GROUP ID is a code for your school or organization. You will find this code in the cover letter that is provided with the brochures. You will need this code to register the student for online ordering.

How do I purchase items online?

Simply go online to www.mrfundraising.com/tef and click on “Online Ordering”. Once you’ve filled your cart, click “Checkout” and follow the instructions.

How do we direct friends and family to shop on your site?

After you register your student/seller, you can give them your child’s SELLER ID so they can start shopping online.

Will I have to pay sales tax?

If the group you are supporting is tax exempt you will not be charged sales tax. If they are not tax exempt you will be charged sales tax.

Will I have to pay for shipping?

Yes, if your order is less than $75 you will have to pay shipping. All order over $75 will not be charged shipping.

How do I return a damaged or wrong item?

When will I receive my magazine subscription?

You will receive your first magazine subscription 8-10 weeks after you place the order.

Why are all of the items we are selling not available online?

We ship merchandise all over the country therefore some of the candies and cookie dough are not available online due to the excessive heat in some parts of the country.

How do I know how many items my son/daughter earned from online sales?

To check sales status please click here to access our online portal. You will need the seller ID and password.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

How do I cancel my online purchase?

How long does it take for my online order to arrive?

Your order will be delivered 7-10 business days after the order is received by Tom Evans Fund Raising unless it is a custom school product then it could take up to 2 weeks.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No, we do not ship outside the continental United States.

When will our products be delivered?

If you have not already set up a delivery date with Tom Evans Fundraising, your merchandise will be delivered approximately 3 weeks from the date we receive the orders. We will call or email you to set up the exact delivery date.

When is the latest I can send in “late orders” and still receive them on my delivery date?

You can either fax 636-532-5970, or scan and email [email protected] late order in. As long as we receive those 3 days prior to your delivery they will arrive with all the other orders.

I have more late orders and my delivery date is tomorrow. What do I do?

You can fax 636-532-5970, or email [email protected] those orders in to us and we will do our best to get them there on your delivery day. If they are not able to be delivered then they will be delivered in 1 or 2 days.

Our fundraiser is over and we are ready to send the order forms. How do we send them to you?

Please refer to your chairperson manual as to how to prepare your order. If in the STL area, call or email us and we will have them picked up. If outside the STL area, please drop them in the mail to us.
